To Category 7 and Category A ... With the growth of these market demands and the increase in product requirements, the existing production equipment can no longer meet the requirements.

In response to market changes and customer requirements, as well as preliminary market research, the Group Chairman Shen Dongping officially approved seven types of line production projects in October 2013. The entire project equipment investment budget is more than 10 million yuan.

After a series of careful equipment selection and more than 20 days of installation, the Korea Electric Cable 7A production line officially started at the end of February.

However, the process of trial production of new products is always tortuous and difficult. The water capacitance of the series line fails to meet the requirements, the aluminum foil of the cable longitudinal package is not good, the aluminum foil is easy to break, the ALT (attenuation) value is high, and the NEXT (near-end crosstalk) reaches Less than required ... After many sample adjustments and continuous modification of tooling molds, after overcoming one problem after another, the good news finally came on the day of March 22: our two lines of category seven and seven A passed the test , The product is qualified, and the product performance test results meet the requirements of similar products on the international market.

The equipment was formally inspected through the product's sizing and process evaluation. At present, our customers have recognized our seven types of samples, and many customers have placed orders. The new production line was officially put into production in mid-April.

The production process of the seven types and seven A two products adopts skin-foam-skin physical foaming and pair-shielding structure. The transmission frequency is increased from 250MHZ to 1000MHZ, and the transmission bandwidth is increased by 4 times. From 65dB to 94dB, the anti-interference and security performance is improved by 30%.

At present, the production equipment and process technology of such products are leading in the international and domestic. It is believed that the cable company will have a greater leap in the near future driven by the formal commissioning of the seven types of production lines.
